Bio

I am a Career Advance and Development Coach with a background in sales, leadership, people management, employment and personal development. I am the director of my own coaching practice - Improving Performance personal coaching, where I work with professionals to achieve their career advance and career development goals.

I work with all ages though my go to market proposition is the over 50’s, who feel stuck and have so much to offer.

This followed a distinguished career at BTplc as a sales leader, which is where my passion for people and people development was born.

Originally from Forest Hill in South East London, I moved my family to the Kent County where I have lived since the late 90’s.
