Based in Houston, TX, Scott Shapland is a Senior Executive Development Professional with over 20 years of experience in leading the designing, implementation, and delivering a broad range of international training and development initiatives that support business strategies and objectives.

As a speaker, trusted leadership advisor and seasoned executive consultant, Scott has worked around the globe with leaders in multiple industries, including work at the CEO, Board, and Executive Team levels. Through speaking events, consulting engagements, and international employment with the world’s largest oil producer, Scott has advised executives from six continents, including Fortune 500 companies.

Scott spent the last six years as the Senior Training Facilitator in Saudi Arabia for Saudi Aramco’s Leadership Center where he had the opportunity to design and implement programs focusing on leadership development, employee retention and engagement.
