I am passionate about empowering you to create new habits and patterns around your Mental, Physical, and Spiritual Health, eventually seeing that these three aspects of your life aren’t separate, and that you are not separate from the rest of life. I am committed to systems change for the win-for-all. I’m here on Clubhouse to listen, learn, and contribute when my expertise is relevant and useful.

💪 Master of Science in Exercise Physiology: passionate about bringing top quality information on all things health and wellness, working to combat the massive amounts of dangerous misinformation in this world due to horrible industry standards, ignorance, and/or greed.

Yoga & Meditation instructor, doing my best to balance teaching highly ethical, safe, full spectrum yoga practices while bringing much needed awareness to the westernized white washing and cultural appropriation of the ancient and holy science(s) that yoga is.

📰 Bachelors in Multimedia Journalism: passionate about research, substantiation, and well produced media that tells real stories in responsible ways.

✨ Ordained Interspiritual Minister: pursued this with my wife as we are fascinated and concerned with abuses of power and bypassing in spiritual communities. We wanted to have formal training in spiritual companionship in an ethical, sacred, high integrity way.

🧠📿✡️❔I am open minded, inter-devotional, proudly Jewish, study and practice Vajrayana Buddhism, and happily agnostic. All these things can exist together!

🔥🪨✨🌬💧Currently: Studying with the Institute of Authentic Tantra, training in an unbroken Tibetan lineage of transformation and healing, applied specifically to somatic and sexual healing. With that, this time next year I will be a fully certified sexologist!
