I help start-ups and SMEs grow by deliberately designing and improving their customer experience.

Think Wow was founded to ensure we could work to our own core values of empathy, convenience, delivering value and actually caring about customers - and we love nothing more than helping businesses who think like us! I’m a passionate advocate against bullying in the workplace and a big fan of people treating each other with respect and kindness.

I’m a mum of two gorgeous girls, a wife to my business partner, Dan and a huge anti-bullying advocate.

My customer experience career began over a decade ago when I oversaw the opening of several high-end retail art galleries, balancing the need for an exceptional experience with a drive for sales. Since that time, I’ve built customer experience and operations teams in the outsourcing, property and energy sectors - developing my strategic approach with each new challenge - including helping to guide Purplebricks to a successful IPO.
