I’m the Co-Founder and CEO of Fit & Fly, which hosts fitness, wellness, and cultural retreats for women in locations around the world. We host retreats in locations like Mykonos, Morocco, Ibiza, Bali, Buenos Aires, Palm Springs, Tulum, and the French Riviera. Fit & Fly has been featured in The NY Times, Travel + Leisure, Well + Good, and Shape magazine.

I’m also a Seattle-based attorney specializing in e-discovery and legal tech in the litigation field.

I’ve been a freelance writer for magazines, newspapers, and websites, primarily travel and lifestyle content. I also write fiction and am working on my second novel.

When I’m not working, it’s all about travel. ✈️ Upcoming trips post-pandemic are Iceland and Dubai, both with Fit & Fly. I also love to read - fiction and non-fiction. I’m a 🐶 mom to a Golden Retriever named Belle. I love dance classes and have taken dance off and on since I was four. 💃 I’ve dabbled in cryptocurrency since 2017, which is an interesting journey for a woman in an extremely male-dominated space. I love fine dining experiences and am a “foodie” (though can’t we come up with a better term for this?). #Woolfer. Guilty pleasure? Reality TV.
