Mark is a Project Management Consultant who is overly obsessed with business priorities and milestones in a digital age: Delivering complex projects with confidence, helping busy leaders with their time, improving results, boosting productivity, taking projects from a chaotic position, and solving their biggest setbacks ('pain points') based on importance, sense of urgency and return on investment (ROI).

Having worked in immense high-pressure situations with Ericsson and other technology operators, Mark has supported a range of enterprise-class transformation projects for over a decade. He had customer-centric focus on medium to high-risk priorities, and his experience extended across a wide range of ICT technologies & telecom infrastructures. He managed large-scale network deployments; negotiating with external partners, leading cross-functional teams, accelerating consumer experiences and benefits to service providers across the Caribbean and Central America.

An active member with meaningful contributions, Mark has served as PMI Volunteer (Certificate of Excellence), PMOGA Judge (Outstanding Contribution), Host (Digital Transformation/ Project Delivery Manager Webinar Series). Moreover, he has guided teams to create solutions for Hackathon Covid-19, initiatives to motivate youth in STEM, and impart his valuable insights to budding professionals at the University of the West Indies, and has continued to exemplify by inspiring.

Mark is a certified PMP®, Agile Scrum Master SMC® and Registered Engineer Engr®. His view is that a blend of Project Management and Technology can be fun.
