As a dedicated real estate broker, I am passionate about being a resource for those in my community and my clients through relationship building and education. I have been in the real estate industry for over 23+ years. I own my own small boutique real estate company and have managed a team of agents for over the past 9 years. We are small but mighty company and “WE GET RESULTS” I have always liked working in a small office environment for that more personalized touch. I enjoy educating my clients while guiding them through the process of the confusing details of purchasing or selling their home from marketing to sell to contract as well as the negotiation process. My goal is to make it easier for my clients to concentrate on what’s most important “FAMILY”.I feel that real estate is one of the most expensive investments they will ever make in their lives, so I am honored and take great privilege to be a part of that. I am an Outstanding Master’s club member and I specialize in REO properties, short-sales, and traditional residential sales in the Sacramento area, however I am licensed for the state of California.
