I began investing in real estate right out of college in 1996. I was working in the music industry and used every cent I had to purchase real estate. I had happened upon a workshop on how to buy foreclosures for no money down. That’s all it took and I began learning everything I could from my mentor who taught the class. I set a goal and plan to own 12 houses by the time I was 45. I ended up owning 22 houses by the time I was 35. I learned a successful model and then I repeated it again and again. I love teaching people how to make money while they sleep through real estate investment paying it forward from all the mentors that taught me. I practice what I teach 💯. I’m passionate about teaching women how to invest in real estate successfully while building assets and a legacy.I have been teaching in Southern California colleges and speaking at live events since 2000. I teach and mentor by example. I am passionate about all facets of real estate whether I am working with buyers and sellers here in LA, rehabbing my own properties, project managing jobs, managing properties or building my own real estate portfolio to leave a legacy for my children and secure my retirement. I truly love real estate and I make it my mission to do what I love every day. Part of that is helping others to learn what I was fortunate enough to learn.
