I am passionate to cook and gastronomic, I invest in books, appliances, kitchen tools, knifes, etc. I have my own space to cook with a semi-professional gas cooktop, professional stove hood (silence and efficient), wood-fired pizza oven and grill, so I really enjoy to cook to my family and friends. Maybe this will be my after-retirement activity (do a group private fancy dinner with tasting menu, with 4 or 6 different meals). I do support and appreciate fresh and organic food, preferable buying from the local producers around me.
I like to be in control and manage risks tightly particular about how my finances are managed, in the personal perspective I like to be organized and plan my day well in advance, and in the professional perspective I work to have all set/completed on time (many times ahead of time), I do not look forward to facing situations unprepared. In nutshell my background and upbringing has gifted me with a sweet combination of Japanese work ethic & easy-going Brazilian nature.
My life Priorities: 1) Do my best in the professional side (this that will enable all the rest); 2) Take care of my health doing exercise at least 5 days per week, I really would like to climber a ladder running when I achieve 90 years old; 3) Save money to enjoy my retirement travelling and tasting all flavors of the world.
