Bio

Rebecca is a Talent Acquisition and Inclusion Strategist with 15+ years of experience sourcing, discovering, developing and nurturing talent. She’s committed to the mission of creating and maintaining a culture of belonging and growth to ensure equitable outcomes in all business solutions.
 
Rebecca is recently joining us from LinkedIn where she led a team of Business Inclusion Recruiting Partners. Prior to LinkedIn, she led Talent Acquisition for Weber Shandwick and spent 11 years total across a few other agencies hiring talent that worked on clients like Chevy, Ford, McDonalds, Whirlpool and many others. With a passion for diversity and inclusion, a background in creative recruiting and work experience in traffic and account management early in her career, Rebecca brings a unique background and wealth of experience to the position which she hopes will serve her well in this role. Born and raised in Detroit Michigan, she now residing in Chicago and is a mom to her daughter Saeyanni, who has just started her freshman year at the New School in New York.
