A Cornell Certified Diversity Professional/Advanced Practitioner, Robert Beaven joins us from the C-Suite of Jennifer Brown Consulting, where he is the Chief Operating Officer. Robert is also the co-Founder of the Better Man Movement. An organization that focuses on redefining masculinity in the workplace, ultimately extending to the home. Robert drives change by using technology to help companies tailor anti-discrimination efforts that uplift BlPOC women in the professional world to ensure they feel welcomed, valued, respected, and heard. Leading a diverse team at JBC, Robert collaborates with everyone from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses. At the end of the day, creating lasting change in corporate America is his goal.
