Who am I - my name is Rayna I am a Licensed Cosmetologist/ hairstylist from Syracuse, NY who is a new and upcoming entrepreneur. I’m here to meet down to earth people and to also network with other influencers to build a positive rapport, to also look up to them as a mentor to help guide me on the right direction on how to become successful. I’m also here to find new ways to build my business, to become my brand. To make a change! I’m a go getter, I’m hardworking, I know and understand that being an entrepreneur is a tough business but I’m ready to put in the work. I’m looking to expand my business.

What do I do? - As a cosmetologist we are taught many skills. However, I provide a mobile hair service. I travel to clients that are unable to travel to me. The services I perform is basic services such as, braids, blow outs, sew-in, wrap n sets.

Why I do this - I’ve decided to start this business because I want a change in life not just for me and my family but I want to give my community a different perspective that change is possible.
I love making people smile and feel and look beautiful inside and out. I love to help others that can’t help themselves, motivate them to know and understand that anything is possible. I want to be THE change.
I also am at the point where my drive comes from wanting to stop creating someone else’s dream and to create my own. Leave a legacy for my children. I’m tired of getting overlooked in Corporate America. I want to Break the cycle of having a struggling mindset and to break the cycle of having to live check to check.

My daughter is my inspiration. Making a difference for her is what’s driving me. My motivation is seeing the positive outcome of the hard work that I put in.
