Rayandria Jiles is a creative writer, actress, veteran, mental health professional, and entrepreneur. With over six years of human resources experience, she is accustomed to serving others with care and excellence through training and streamlining personnel system processes. Invested in the broken, overlooked, and forgotten, Rayandria has served as a Residential Treatment Specialist, assisting residents in identifying behavioral alternatives and therapeutically working with residents towards accomplishment of their treatment goals.

Effectively addressing and resolving conflicts between residents and reinforcing positive behavior, Rayandria was stretched and challenged to strategically guide her clients into resolve and restoration. She is a court reporter, and student at Loyola University, pursuing a dual Master's degree in Theology and Counseling.
