I am one of the key players for the Estonian e-state with 15+ years of experience on providing trust services, identity management solutions, digital signature creation tools and formats, authentication solutions, identity tokens including both hardware and firmware, legal frameworks, concepts and principles, cyber security, etc. I have been involved in projects for both public and private sector and therefore very well acquainted with every component of the concept of e-state starting from smart card chips to end user software; systems integration, policy and law creation processes. I believe I have a formula which can be used for digitalisation of any country in the world with only a little customisation.

In addition to the Estonian experience, as the CEO of RaulWalter, I have been providing consultancy and turn key solutions for many countries. In this list there is countless of number of projects for a long list of countries such as United Kingdom, Latvia, Bulgaria, Iceland, Cyprus, Faroe Islands, Lithuania, Georgia, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, etc.

These days I am actively looking for ways to introduce the Estonian e-state success story to the rest of the world. My goal is to help people to conserve their most precious and non-renewable resource - more commonly known as "time". By using digitalisation we will have more time to spend on things that really matter; while keeping the trees in the forests where they belong!
