As President of The Agency, Rainy Hake Austin leads a team responsible for representing buyers and sellers internationally with creativity and business acumen, as they represent many of the world’s most distinguished properties.

Rainy oversees not only The Agency’s residential real estate brokerage arm, but also the global New Development division and the amazing internal teams including a mini internal creative agency providing design, PR, branding, social media, advertising, web design and digital marketing services to its over 650 luxury real estate professionals, affiliated with this global lifestyle brand.

While the majority of Rainy’s full-time professional experience is concentrated in leading operations and branding for the luxury real estate industry, she also has extensive experience in providing strategic business and marketing consulting as well as event planning for numerous other industries and non-profits including FMCG and Internet start-ups. Her senior management experience of over 20 years, has allowed her the opportunity to manage all aspects of an organization. She received her MBA from the University of Oxford, with an emphasis in international marketing and strategy. She enjoys working in a challenging, fast-paced, cutting-edge, creative environment allowing her to utilize her expansive skill set and lead collaborative and highly effective teams.
