For me, baking is...

My way to express myself and my love for desserts and baked goods.

I learned to bake...

From watching my mother at a very early age. I made my first "real" cake at the age of 10.

A baking secret...

Experiment with different flours, buttermilk works wonders and use more browned butter in your cakes and cookies, it makes a world of difference.

My services

As a baker, I offer handcrafted cakes, cheesecakes, cookies, pies, yummy brownies and pastries. I occasionally dabble in treats such as candied apples, chocolate dipped treats and popcorn.
