I am a registered nurse with additional MSc in long-term conditions. I trained as transformational life coach, helping busy people identify and demystify their stress, building resilience and strength to enjoy life - no matter what!

A mum of 2 plus baby twins, theres no denying I’m busy, I’m in the thick of parenting with snotty noses, squabbling and sleepless nights - yet i have compassion to care and literally wade through mud with other parents, offering an arm or an ear to support you through and shine a light on something pretty.

Not super mum, just a mum who’s been at rock bottom, a mum that desperately wanted this life, then found anxiety and depression crushed me, took away my shine, my joy and my cheer.

Talking to me, I remind you that water finds the easiest path and that water breaks rock. I lead you to your own understanding of life, perhaps I help you change your glasses, or stop looking in the mirror.
