I take the leap of faith with the people who seek to wrestle with wicked problems. No matter my role, I empower and embolden those whose passion leads them to want more. I manage that process. Together, we explore what's next by looking at their past experiences, present aspirations and future goals.

I am an intuitive, insightful training and development guru who is passionate about guiding others toward their next career move. Whether in the field of education or one to one as a consultant, I thrive in the practice of unlocking a person's potential to maximize their own performance. In coaching others, I am helping them to learn rather than teaching them. My resilience makes me adaptable and open to change. This has allowed me to hone my skills in project management, operations, retention, customer relations and student administration, engagement and success.

I help people fall in love with who they are meant to be and give them the tools they need to get there. My life's work has been to partner with others as they make the changes needed to be better. Through coaching and mentoring I not only administrate processes and make plain the complex, I also provide support by creating a map for achieving short term and long term goals.

When not working, I volunteer with an online women's ministry and mentor a few young ladies. I am drawn to meeting needs globally, so I also take short term missions trips. An avid reader, I love Shakespeare! I enjoy weekend cooking jaunts, knitting and getting tangled up learning to crochet.
