Doula+Educator, Pregnancy+Birth Pro: Standing “normal” on its head! Teaching, supporting, and motivating birthing people to step into their unique and innate abilities to grow, birth, and nurture their tiny human.

Raising happy, healthy, and confident mothers who are treated and respected as the autonomous, decision-making, independent birthing person they are. Happy, healthy, confident mamas make for a better family unit, community, and world as a whole.

Through online education and virtual support, I help birthing people peal back the layers to discover their innate awesomeness so that they can shift from passive receiver of medical care to active participant.

I do this by delivering evidence based info, providing lots of tender and honest support, and filling your “tool bag” with tips, tricks, and resources that will help you navigate this often overwhelming time.

Feel happier and less fearful by learning what is normal, safe, and healthy during the birthing year and how to prepare for birth so that you can have the best birth available to you...and achieve a birth you feel good about no matter how it unfolds.
