God is the head of my life. I am living in one of the many gifts He gave me.

Food is my PASSION. I am a GREAT Chef, who has been cooking for over 40 years. I love cooking healthy with wonderful flavors. I am working as a Head Chef in GA.

I am also an alternative Caterer, Personal Chef, and Food Prep Queen. I cook soulful favorites, multiple cuisines and for Vegetarians and Vegans too. I'll take what you need to stay healthy and make those items your favorites. I'll create a meal plan that personally fits your lifestyle. As a Type 1 Diabetic, I must watch "my mouth" carefully! I believe that food should be enjoyed, taste great, and restore life!! I LOVE what I do!!
