I am a Certified Life and Wellness Coach a.k.a The Elevation Coach. I am the creator of the Big business mentoring program, which is a program assisting you with finding the inner you that is needed to reach the next level.

Hey! It’s Que here! In case you are wondering what I really do (besides post about my kids, crack jokes and shop) in my “day job” I am a certified holistic life and wellness coach, abuse advocate and master herbalist. I help men and women ages 18-45 elevate to their higher purpose. I use a combination of energy healing, meditation, yoga and therapeutic journal prompts to help balance the body as a whole.

With a 15 year background in healthcare starting from a CNA and later becoming an LPN, I have developed the knowledge and understanding of how trauma can affect you throughout your life(of course life experiences assisted as well)

After being in business for a year, I walked away from my full-time job to fulfill my passion of helping others become the best version of themselves. I am always looking to assist and support those who feel are ready to give life a chance. If this sounds like you we should definitely connect.
