Real Estate Rental: Bought first property in October 2020 and looking to purchase another this year. Need to learn more about closing deals, expenses, taxes, etc.
Stock investor & trader: newbie here. Bought my first stock in August 2020 and there’s no stopping me now! I’m addicted. 🤦🏽♀️ I need to learn to focus more and build my portfolio with a nice number of shares versus 5-10 shares here and there. Also interested in learning to trade Options.
Learning and teaching others is what constitutes growth. I’m here to learn and I’m willing to teach others what I know.
