My goal is to Help families in need of a healthier lifestyle

In recent years she has become an breastfeeding advocate for mothers and babies and with her passion of breastfeeding support, promotion and education she has a sincere passion to bring breastfeeding education and healthy eating practices to families in her community.

She now works at a local Health clinic as a nutritionist and newly International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and part time as a Breastfeeding Community liaison at a Local baby friendly hospital, now 8 years later has gotten promoted as a WIC breastfeeding coordinator

✨Music
-Stared Singing since age of 3
-Composed,wrote and sung original music in High school and college
-Started my journey as a gospel recording artist 5 years ago but was encourage to start while in High school
-First single (I Got the Victory) released March 2015first official music video August 2015 and most recent single out (Show Up) May 2017
-Releasing first CD entitled Ready Heart On 30th Birthday August 23rd of this year (2018)

-Releasing a book entitled "Ready Heart:Choose the better Parts” that is directly correlated to CD “Ready Heart”
