After years of brainstorming, months of planning, and a lifetime of cooking, we are proud to announce the launch of Delia’s Afro-Latin Cuisine, the first Panamanian cloud kitchen in the DMV. 
 
Delia’s Afro-Latin Cuisine was created to bring diversity to the Latin food options commonly available in the D.C., Maryland, and northern Virginia area. However, our intentions do not stop there. We plan to bridge gaps within our local community and spread love and culture with every plate. We plan to support local individuals, local businesses, and local projects in our own backyard. We aim to highlight the untold stories of local heroes, who impact our community every day without praise or fanfare.

We also aim to add perspective to what people may think of when hearing the term “Afro-Latin.” 
 
Hailing from Panama, our head chef and co-founder, Delia Medina, will serve nothing but authentic dishes she learned to cook as a young girl in Panama. Our gourmet menu will feature dishes that reflect Panama’s rich food culture, which is a delicious mix of Latin-Caribbean, Antillean, and indigenous culture all brought to you on the same plate.
