Entrepreneur with two existing businesses and ideas for a few more. Mom of two teen girls. Happily married for 20+ years. Dog owner.
At my core, I help build strength from the inside out.
Business #1 is Inner Strength Communication Inc, an Internal Communication Agency that helps enable, engage and employer employees to manage change and deliver results.
Business #2 is A Leader Like Me that builds courage and confidence in women of colour. Our program helps build skills & strategy and provides a support community to drive career progression. We also host two online Diversity Conferences to keep the diversity conversation top of mind.
At the end of the day, I always get results and love the impact I have on organizations and individuals.
