Past President of the National Association of Appraisers (NAA) and Past President of the Coalition of Arizona Appraisers (CoAA).

Certifications held as a Home Measurement Specialist (HMS) and as a Luxury Home Appraiser. Expertise in FHA appraising and serve HUD as a subject matter expert.

Served in the capacity as Chief Appraiser for the past 8-years and am sensitive to the challenges faced by both appraisers and underwriting.

👨‍🏫 Qualifying and Continuing Education Instructor for appraisers, assessors, real estate salespersons, and mortgage loan originators.

🏛 Gubernatorial Appointee to the Arizona Board of Manufactured Housing.
