Deviating away from my Legal background stemmed out of the last wishes of my late mother. I became involved in her end of life care and to appreciate the National Health Service, I delved into Adult Social Care, concentrating more on Safeguarding and DoLS (Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards).
Safeguarding is everyone’s business, I deem it my concern to protect a person’s right to live in safety, free from abuse and neglect, mental health on the other hand is important at every stage of life therefore I made it a passion to learn more about.
