Life the past year has had many great revelations; this is just a list, no significance of the order.
1) You accept or do not accept to be in relationship with people
2) Your wants, needs, and feelings matter. You must express and affirm them; that is the journey of Self Love and Self Respect
3) Offenses are inevitable to come, so the most reasonable expectation in relationship with people is that they will inevitably intentionally or unintentionally offend you. Intimacy in any relationship comes from processing and expressing the offense that was made.
4) Thus; when you are Offended by someone, take the perspective that it is rather an opportunity to grow closer instead of the time old opportunity for it to fall apart.
5) We all have trauma and unhealed wounds. Our soul needs healing from them, and it takes more than time for that to happen.
6) Wounds lead to Fear. Fear leads to Anger. Anger leads to Hate. Hate leads to Suffering.
