I come from a background of 20+ years as a growth and people enabler. I have worked based in Singapore and India with large global MNCs, regional enterprises, and also start-ups and new set-ups. I have a broad and rich experience leading and running business and sales operations, talent development, training, and coaching. My bend towards achieving growth through people led me to diversify and become a professional coach.

Operating at the intersection of business and people, my work is deeply informed by my range of expertise acquired through working across a gamut of roles and levels, learning from leaders who I have worked with and also those who inspire.

I personally work with leaders across levels - Senior, Mid-Management, First Level and Individual Contributors. My existing client portfolio comprising leaders from a myriad of industries and background - fintech, finance, start-ups, law, luxury goods, luxury travel, health & wellness, and media sales among others.

I am an ICF Accredited ACC, Marshall Goldsmith Certified Executive Coach, and a Professional Co-Active Coach
