I am the change I want to see

📝 I have created a wellness brand for people who experience chronic pain from mental and physical pain. Through our self-care products we allow people to take the front seat of their lives and make themselves a staple in their day again. From journaling to aromatherapy and pain balms. We have something to assist you on your journey to a more evolved version of you.

👤 As a coach and a speaker my mission is to deconstruct and de stigmatize our everyday struggles. I bring to the light not only societal hypocrisies but our personal mission and how those things collide and creates confusion.

🫂 I mentor mothers who are incarcerated with their toddlers and or are pregnant. Our goal for that program is to assist them in their healing journey and bridge the gap between the women and people who are free. We are always looking for volunteers. We also have a campaign on our wepbsite: apocketofsunshine.com for people to send our women a note of encouragement. We send every letter to the womens tablet and it raises their spirits and gives them hope.

I host a mental health live on mental health live on Instagram where I interview women in order to share and heal with women through storytelling.
