Mark Anthony Fraser, M.A. is the Executive Director of Philadelphia Family Voices, Philadelphia's First and Only Family-Legacy Organization. He is a well-established professional, entrepreneur, organizational leader, motivational speaker, education advocate, and public figure.

Mark Fraser, M.A., is also is a dynamic minister; declaring the Word of God with precision, understanding, and power. He is described as educated, passionate, innovative and inspirational with a keen gift to motivate others with the Gospel of Christ.

As a family-devoted Man-of-God, Minister Mark Anthony Fraser holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration [Cum Laude] and a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership. Mark Anthony Fraser, M.A. is soon to complete a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership while also dual-enrolled in a Doctor of Health Sciences degree program to be completed in the following years.

Additionally, Mr. Fraser has completed graduate-level coursework within the Master of Education in Adult and Organizational Development program at Temple University in Training Design and Delivery along with a fellowship at Teachers College | Columbia University as a Cowin Fellow.

Mark Fraser with the mantra, "Power In Process", is involved in various ventures, community organizations, professional networks, leadership opportunities such as serving on boards of directors as well as review boards, and neighborhood initiatives. Mark also is an entrepreneur having founded multiple businesses.

Mark Anthony Fraser, M.A. holds memberships with professional organizations such as the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP), American Society of Administrative Professionals (ASAP), American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM), and the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) along with Six Sigma certifications.

Ministry Objective

To serve as a proclaimer of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the local church, nationally, globally, in government, in business, and in the classroom. To equip the followers of Christ for authentic ministry; spiritually, intelligently and with integrity. To work together with like-minded ministries with the commission to reach all people with the Gospel as effectively and efficiently as possible with the exhibition of love, understanding, and forgiveness for all.
