Dr JP Martin is President of Triad West, Inc. She has 20+ Years of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Consulting, Coaching and Training. She leads DE&I Transformational Culture Change, Leadership Alignment and Internal and External Communications. Under the TWI umbrella she is also Founder of Positively Powerful Woman Awards and Programs. As a DE&I Expert, she’s helped thousands companies globally from Fortune 500 corporations to educational institutions. Dr JP is not a new comer to DE&I or Women’s Empowerment and Advocacy. She has a lived experience, a PhD in Communication, an MA in Psychology, BFA in Education, and membership in the Wharton Society of Fellows. She is a dynamo who has a passion for changing lives and businesses for the better.
