Dr. Francesica Kelley
 
Fran Kelley was inducted into the Broadcasters Hall of Fame in Akron, Ohio.  Sunday, September 14, 2008. The 24th class to be inducted.  Fran Kelley began her broadcasting career in 1980 volunteering at KABF under the tutelage of Tom Davis and Tim Porter Saturdays from 6:00 am until 9:00 am.  She was fulfilling a dream; little did she know that the dream would become a life –long ministry.  Since 1980 Fran has worked many shifts and served at many stations, KJIW in Helena where she served for almost 3 years, KLIH, Praise 1250, Power 92, KITA, and Victory 1530. She Served as Consultant and helped to produce many shows for hallelujah 94.9 such as the 2008 Shout hallelujah Showcase. She was Host and Producer of her own talk show which aired on Comcast Television Chanel 18, “Positive People” for over ten years.  She was licensed and ordained in 1998.  Because of her outreach work in Jamaica and the Bahamas she was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Evangelism from Anointed by God Ministries Alliance and Seminary of New York in September of 2012.
 
Dr. Kelley Accepted her call to ministry in 1979- been preaching thirty-four years.  She was married to the Late Bob Kelley for 37 years. Together they raised five children, they have 24 grandchildren, and 5 great grand’s.  She is a two-time breast cancer survivor; Mrs. Kelley states that “her mess is now her message.”  Her motto is “I’m saved to SERVE!”
 
She has served in various organizations such as Executive Women International, Dale Carnegie Instructor, President of Arkansas Gospel Announcers Guild, National Board member of the GMWA - National GAG, North Little Rock NAACP, Founder and President of Positive People Promotions, Inc. to name a few.  She is an active Member of the St. Luke Baptist Church of Hwy 161 North Little Rock, Arkansas. The Rev. Eric Alexander is her Pastor.  She is a member of CLD, the Voices of St. Luke and the Women’s Ministry.
