Hi I am Alastair Boyd. I worked in Technology and Semiconductors for 38 years, prior to being made an offer I couldn't refuse 😎. Working for mainly Silicon Valley companies, I ran, and built Sales and Applications teams, covering major customers from Iceland to Russia. Mainly the cold countries, but I did build up Israel.

Very systems oriented in applications as diverse as 5G telecoms , Electric Vehicles (autonomous) to Industry 4.0.

Technology customers really don't "get" Linkedin, so I see myself as having the experience in their world and in the LinkedIn world. I was always the "LinkedIn guy" at my employers, using it to penetrate large global accounts.

I am a Scot, so I will slow my speech on any calls 😁. I have lived outside London for the past 25 years. Married for 39 years, two grown up daughters and two miniature poodles 🐩🐩....hence "the poodle guy .
