Given my vast experiences across organizational types, I have a broad understanding of the challenges that currently face higher education institutions, with particular expertise in the area of organizational change, imbedding inclusive excellence throughout the fabric of the institution and implementing recruitment and retention strategies for historically underrepresented groups.
