As President of Vidzu Media, I bring extensive background as a senior executive, business development leader, certified trainer, instructional designer, and author. My diverse experience has aided my success in producing effective teams across government, education, technology, and media.
With my team at Vidzu Media, we create stellar content. Our clients include Panera, Geico, NBA, MLB, Opera Theatre of St. Louis, Washington University in St. Louis, BJC Healthcare, The Goddard School, JBL, Southwest Airlines, Sport Clips, and Ulta Beauty.
In both the private and public sectors, I have provided leadership, management, instructional design and delivery, and media solutions for corporations, U.S. government agencies, and numerous non-profits, as well as arts and cultural institutions. As a defense contractor supporting the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and other agencies, I have spearheaded video and digital training for local, state, and federal agencies, as well as government contractors such as Boeing, Northrop Grumman, SRA International (CSRA), and Lockheed Martin. Training solutions have included crisis planning and communications, counter-terrorism, cybersecurity, stakeholder education and engagement, government affairs, media relations, and other specialized programs and initiatives. I have also designed Defensive Tactics programs for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and civilian populations based on "use of force" policies.
As a designated "Show Me Missouri" Historical Speaker representing the Missouri Humanities Council, I enjoy research, writing, and historical lecturing about nineteenth and twentieth-century America. My recent book,𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘓𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘛𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘔𝘪𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘪' 𝘴 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘭𝘦𝘴 𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘴: 𝘉𝘦𝘵𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘈𝘳𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘞𝘢𝘳 is a #1 best-seller about nineteenth-century St. Louis, and an early contributor to the development of the arts and education in the region.
