That’s what I said after losing several family members way too soon.

Then reality kicked in — I wasn’t taking care of myself.

And my work environment didn’t help either. Every office party came with food that left everyone lethargic.

This went on for 10 years.

I knew if I didn’t change my habits, I’d write a check I couldn’t cash with my health.

So after finding the right personal recipe for food and exercise, I wanted to teach other people to do it too.
