Patricia Ladis, PT, CBBA is a holistic physical therapist, behavioral breathing analyst, founder of WiseBody PT, co-founder of The First 1000 Days of Wellness and author of The Wise Woman’s Guide to Your Healthiest Pregnancy and Birth.
Patricia has been helping pregnant women return to high level sport or professional dance since 1999 and is thrilled to be able to offer a holistic, joyful book about key lifestyle principles for preconception, pregnancy and postpartum to increase your chance of having a healthy baby!
Patricia also is the Chair for the First 1000 Days Initiative (for Perinatal Wellness) for The Global Wellness Institute. She is leading the group in finalizing a public health deliverable to help spread wellness for the next generations through preconception, pregnancy and postpartum lifestyle pearls.
She was a former professional dancer and has provided physical therapy for Broadway performers, actors, professional ballet and modern dancers (ABT, Paul Taylor, etc) musicians, and the Rockettes. She has also been a PT at the US Open working with top level tennis stars from juniors through the pro’s.
