Bio

Retired professional juggler, J. Peter Loftus aka “PJuggle”. After a twenty year career performing on international stages, streets, television shows, and circuses, I helped create with my own two hands - Ivy City Smokehouse, specializing in smoked seafood. We opened the smokehouse and retail store in 2015, and the tavern in 2016 of which I have been managing ever since. Ivy City Smokehouse soon became one of the busiest restaurants in the DMV. Hard work and good fortune brought us successful awards from Michelin Guide, and won Best Casual Restaurant from the Metropolitan Restaurant Association of Washington DC (RAMW). I’m interested in this application and it’s technology to help me grow to a higher level of understanding business, relationships, and how our planet works. I’m a right brained artist who usually doesn’t have much to say, but when I do I make it count. I’m also a lifelong pianist and still play for fun and money.
