🇺🇸🐹Trauma informed school social worker. I spend my days helping students thrive and my nights creating and releasing. Self-care, peace, guidance, diversity and connection, are all the key elements and values to life that keep me present and accountable. I teach that our experiences help us have better humanness and that sharing in our experiences unites us. Trauma is personal and we all have experienced shame, grief, fear, loss and hopelessness and we all are here, another day to experience.
