Hi. I’m Piers and I’m a property nerd. I’m interested in all things involving bricks and mortar.
I quit my job in 2015 and set up a property development and HMO management business based in SW London.
Since then I’ve developed in excess of £10 million of property and have retained a 30+ unit HMO portfolio worth £4 million.
In 2017 I bought an old cottage in 17 acres of woodland in rural Hampshire and will be building a new bespoke home for me and my family starting in 2021.
Would be great to chat to fellow property people and anyone else building interesting businesses. Always looking to listen and learn from others’ experiences.
