Poonam Bhardwaj aka Phullo Begum is an Entrepreneur, Applied Theatre Artist, Podcast Consultant, Story teller (donning an avatar of Phullo Begum), Sustainable Lifestyle Influencer and a Digital Creator talking mainly about Mental Health, women empowerment, child development, carbon footprint.
She conducts / moderates various live sessions to create a meaningful content online.

Through applied Theatre, she is creating open spaces for people to safely exchange dialogues pertaining to trans generational traumas, deep conditioned identities people suffer from and many such issues related to mental health /social pressures.

Subsequently, she is associated with children conducting various workshops to instill the life skills and right values through holistic approach integrated with Arts, Theatre, Mythology and Ancient scriptures.

Her Podcast show Kahani Pitara is already famous among children.
She is also a Podcast consultant to the set of children for their respective Podcast shows.

Her Podcast show Able Nari is catching up a stir to address the core issue of self victimisation amongst women. The show has also attained a Newspaper column to publish the real inspiring stories of women from all walks of life.

She is on a mission to replace the word Abla to Able, imagining the world with equal opportunities and freedom for all the genders. For this agenda, she is already been recognised as a Keynote speaker by various NGOs.

She is currently working as a Chief Content and Business Strategist, offering her variety of skill sets to numerous clients under the domain founded by her as Khidmat Freelancing Services.

Alongside, she is a founder of a sustainable Thrift store called Retam Thrift store which follows the laws of sustainable lifestyle. It promotes the environmental friendly ways of leading the life. The store also does the social activities which encourage people to choose the policy of Reuse, Restore, Refurbish.

Her background is in Human Resources for more than a decade donning a corporate avatar. Later on, she went on to experiment in the field of creative production, giving her skill set in making short films, music videos and wellness programs.

She is also a Social Worker, aspiring Writer, freelancing Voice over Artist, amateur Photographer, battered Throw ball player and dreaming to be a Film Maker herself.
