I am a Global Executive Search and Recruiting professional. I support and advise clients, candidates, and investors by removing traditional barriers in favor of a creative, visionary, and collaborative approach. I foster innovation, support collaboration, and leverage assets and resources to more effectively overcome the challenges that get in the way of traditional Talent Acquisition.

I spend a good portion of my days (and nights) talking to people about their lives (and careers) and to executives about ways to grow their business both organically and through M&A. In general, I connect great people to great companies and match reputable investors to high return opportunities. And, in doing so, I improve lives. Both the lives of the candidates I place, and by extension, the lives of the companies (my clients) who hire them. I am in the people business. Because people matter. And talent wins.
