Bio

I've spent more than 30 years working at the cross of Information Systems and Organizations, being a former CFO and CIO between 1990 and 2005, then got involved in the startup ecosystem since 2005, and I'm based in San Francisco Bay Area since 2008.

My main domains of expertise are: Retail, Corporate Venture and Mobile but also scouting innovation and technologies, business development as well.

I'm a startup Advisor and a private investor.

I am focusing on Retail and e-commerce since 20015 while developing corporate innovation activities for a Family Office owning a large network of Retailers worldwide ($100 billion of revenue, 600.000 associates).

I managed expansion of the mobile gaming unit at Sega Europe and developed Business Development opportunities just before the iPhone came out (period 2005-2007).

Prior to that, I was involved for 15 years in IT through various financial positions in international companies. My role consisted in managing information system, reporting system, project management, and finance department.
