I believe that everyone should be able to confidently share their knowledge and experience.

As a public speaking coach and trainer, I specialize in helping speakers, executives, authors, and other professionals be calm, confident, and credible every time they speak in public — whether they’re presenting in meetings, speaking on stage, or selling to prospects.

I work with them through one-to-one coaching, corporate group training, and public speaking classes. As a result, they can increase their impact, influence, and income.

Throughout my childhood, I dealt with a lisp and a stutter. Consequently, I grew up shy and introverted, avoiding communicating with others as much as possible.

When I got into the business world, I quickly realized that my lack of presentation skills kept me at a disadvantage. I tried to overcome this deficiency by overcompensating in other areas, but it was to no avail. I was working harder and getting nowhere fast.

I had a decision to make
I could ignore my situation and ultimately look back on my career with regret, or I could develop persuasive public speaking skills and enjoy the level of success I had envisioned. I decided on the latter.

There had to be a better way
I did everything I could to teach myself the skills I needed. Although I did learn new skills, my progress was excruciatingly slow. The worst part about going it alone was that I had no way of knowing if what I was doing was right or wrong or could be done more effectively. There had to be a better way.

have to admit it. There were times when I doubted that I could ever be a confident, engaging public speaker. Maybe it was beyond my abilities. Thankfully, I learned that connecting with others through public speaking is an art cast on a framework of science, and anyone can be skilled at it.

Finally, I connected with a professional public speaking coach, and I’m so glad I did! Working with my coach, I developed the skills I needed to move my career forward, and I did it at a much faster pace than I ever would have by myself.

My greatest thrill comes when I witness the transformation my clients undergo and the confidence they develop as they become more powerful and more effective public speakers.
