When I was 10, I was sexually abused by my step-grandad for over a year. Once caught, I lived in silence for over 12 years. As the years went on I buried myself behind more masks, and acted out of a place of fear and shame. Then in 2017 my dad died from a sudden heart attack at the early age of 48. That became my catalyst to speak out and break my silence.

4 years later I have co-founded a charity called We Rescue Kids, where we rescue and rehabilitate child victims of sexual abuse.

I have written a book that reached #1 on Amazon in both the Mental Health and the Sexual Abuse categories (US & UK). It’s written to not only give survivors a platform to share their story, but also so that the reader can take the necessary steps to break their silence too.

And now I’m in the early stages of converting the book into a movie.
