Focusing on residential real estate, Peg brings two decades of research, networking, marketing, technology, and administrative experience from a fulfilling career in higher education. She knows the distinguishing features of the cities, towns, and villages in Hillsborough and Cheshire counties. She recently collaborated with the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority on a comprehensive study of homebuyer satisfaction during periods of economic change.

A Boston native, Peg graduated from Wheaton College (MA) and moved to the Seacoast, where she earned a Ph.D. at the University of New Hampshire and met her husband. After living in upstate New York, they decided to raise their family in Peterborough while visiting town during the Children and the Arts Festival. Their two children are now young adults.

Peg delights in showing people the region's social, educational, and natural amenities. She enjoys hosting neighbors, friends, and international visitors, many of whom she has met on her own travels.

She has held a real estate sales license since 2014 and is a member of the Contoocook Valley Board of REALTORS.
