My passion is to support business owners to improve their productivity/turn-over without additional staff and/or excessive spend.

With a learning mentality, I will support the identification of pain points within your business processes and provide you with suggested solutions on how to resolve them. I do this jointly with staff involved within the process and always drive for “Creativity before Capital”.

Over the last 10 years, I have a proven track record to increase productivity by over 50% without significant investments.

I bring over 30 years of Energy Industry experience with many years of overseas practice within Africa, Latin America, Middle East, Europe, Russia, Asia and Australia. I have been working with medium to large enterprises like Gazprom, Exxon, KPO, Petronas, Shell, Equinor, Total, BP, PDO, PetroBras, ENI etc.

I love working with people and supporting them, in a non-threatening way, to work more efficient and effective. While being hard on the process and soft on the people, I have always actively contributed to delivering bottom-line results.
