Marjorie grew up in North Carolina.  After graduation from Boston University, Marjorie spent more than 15 years managing food and beverage operations for elite hotel companies across five states.  The hotel clients and chefs taught her the importance of fresh, high quality produce.  Marjorie started Townsend Family Organic Farms in 2016 and sold it in 2020.  She is currently an affiliate with a global food innovation company that has pioneered plant powder concentrates and daily food support.  She is leading a new team of affiliates (fxfoodies). She is now living in Denver, Colorado. She is the devoted mother of two young children.  In her stolen moments, Marjorie enjoys the beach or the mountains, having tea with friends, eating mangos, dancing, traveling abroad, and visiting spas.  She hosts many events focused on empowering those around her to eat well and to live their best life.
