PC Group of Companies is a food product based company based in Madurai (SouthIndia). The company was established in the year of 1956 and its setup to be one of the most favourite compounded asafoetida manufacturers in India . Initiating the Family business from Madurai (South India) , now PC compounded asafoetida is used all over south India, because of the super quality and wide network. As you are aware, ’Compounded Asafoetida’ remains an integral part of Indian Cuisine, Culture & heritage. Asafoetida has been used for thousands of years to give flavour to dishes. In Indian cuisine, hing powder is often paired with other spices like turmeric or cumin to provide a savoury, umami flavor to lentil- or vegetable-based dishes. In France, it’s sometimes used to add a boost of flavour to steaks. Also, we take the privilege of being one of the pioneers in the South and have launched the 1st Freeze drying unit in Tamilnadu in the year of 2016. Today, our product is supplied for other food processing industries.
